We don't ship spas blindly across the country — we insist on installing every one ourselves to keep your warranty intact. Here's how the process runs, from first contact to hot water in your garden.
On-site survey
Before we close the sale we come to your home. We check access, floor strength, the electric supply, drainage and water feed. If we need a crane, roller platforms, scaffolding or winches, it's planned on the spot.
The right spa for you
Powerful jets or gentle ones? Seating layout? Where does the cover live, and where's the equipment access? We spend a few hours walking you through models and systems — the small details are the ones that matter.
All-in price, no fine print
The quote we give you covers everything: spa, VAT, transport, installation, crane if needed and thermal cover. 50% deposit by bank transfer — never cash — with the balance due once the spa is installed and running.
Delivery & installation
We book a date, move the spa into position — crane, rollers, or a three-storey scaffold if your street is one of those charming narrow ones — and leave it running. For partial or fully in-ground installs we work with your builder or bring our own.
