First thing we try is to fix it over the phone. We may ask for photos and the serial number so we can identify the problem and, if needed, order parts before we drive out — no wasted trips, no wasted money.
Parts on hand, not on back-order
We carry a large stock of parts in our Nerja workshop. Most of what we need comes from Europe; in extreme cases we've even pulled parts from the US and Australia. For obscure far-east kit we swap in tried-and-true systems — Balboa, Gecko — so replacements stay easy forever.
On-site fix, hour-by-hour
We come with parts, chemicals and a van full of tools. Leaks, pumps, blowers, lights, heaters, keyboards — you name it, we fix it. Transparent pricing: flat callout within 20 km, or a distance-based figure further afield.
Any brand, even if yours vanished
Many of our service customers bought their spa from a pool installer, plumber or builder who had no technical experience — or has since disappeared. That's why we offer full service for every brand: you shouldn't be left stranded mid-warranty.
